The formal notice governing that data, required under Turkish data protection law, is being prepared by counsel and will be published here before either form is connected to a recipient.

The fields you complete on a form, and any file you attach to it. This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is gathered in the background beyond what any web server necessarily receives in order to send you a page.
To assess a job application, or to verify eligibility before the Investment Memorandum is released. Nothing collected through these forms is used for marketing.
The people inside Mantello Holding involved in that assessment or verification. Personal data submitted here is not sold, and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
A retention period will be stated here once counsel has set it. Until it is, no form on this site is connected to a recipient and no personal data is being received.
Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) gives you rights over data held about you, including the rights to learn whether it is held, to see it, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. The formal notice will set out how to exercise them.
