Mantello Holding

Responsible investment, aligned with the highest ethical and environmental standards.

Compliance is treated here as an operating discipline rather than a statement of values. Each of the commitments below is something a process enforces and an audit can check.

Quality & food safety

Full and strict adherence, at every stage.

Health and food safety standards and international specifications are applied across every stage of production and service, and verified by the internal audit programme the academy trains. Food safety is the one area where a single failure is not recoverable by good performance elsewhere, and it is governed accordingly.

Halal & Sharia compliance

A secure investment, aligned with your values.

Sharia compliance

Strict halal standards apply across the supply chain, and the commitment is intended to extend beyond the plate to the way the business is structured. The two are not equivalent claims, and we state them separately.

Strict halal standards apply at every stage of our supply chain. From the sourcing of fresh meat through to the financial and investment structures themselves, we hold to the principles of Islamic law and the halal economy — so that an investor from the Arab and Islamic world has no unanswered question on the point.

Sourcing

100% fresh meat from accredited suppliers whose halal certification is verified and held on file.

Chain of custody

Compliance carried through every stage — the central facility, storage, distribution, and preparation at the branch — rather than certified once at the point of purchase.

Financial structuring

The investment structures are designed on the principles of the halal economy. Where a specific product requires formal Sharia opinion, that opinion is provided with its offering documents.

Risk & supply chain

Stability is engineered, not hoped for.

Operating in inflationary markets is a discipline of its own. Three measures reduce our exposure to input-cost volatility.

Long-term local contracts

Supply secured through long-term agreements with trusted local suppliers, which stabilises input availability and supports the local economy.

Pricing and cost management

Defined pricing and cost-control strategies, applied as a process rather than reactively, to limit the pass-through of inflation.

Reduced concentration

Central procurement across the whole network, so no single branch is exposed to a single supplier's failure.

Sustainability & environment

Efficiency and sustainability are the same programme here.

The central facility runs on vertical integration and automation. The environmental gain and the operational gain come from the same decisions, which is why neither is dependent on goodwill to survive a difficult quarter.

  1. Food waste reduction

Centralised preparation cuts spoilage and trim loss that distributed kitchens generate by design.

  2. Energy and resource efficiency

Newer production technology lowers consumption per unit produced, and with it the carbon footprint.

  3. A local supply chain

Shorter routes from supplier to facility reduce transport emissions and shorten the time between sourcing and service.

Social responsibility

Obligations to the communities we operate in.

Social responsibility

Support for local farmers

Long-term purchasing relationships that give local producers predictable demand rather than spot orders.

Social responsibility

A fair and safe workplace

Defined conditions, safety standards, and the career paths the academy makes possible.

Social responsibility

Food that meets the standard

Products built to international quality and food-safety specifications, in every market we trade in.
