Direct branch profits
Operating return from branches wholly owned by the group.

Investing with us means participating in a company with several engines of growth and value, rather than depending on a single income stream. Each engine is independently productive, and each is supported by the same operating system.
Four sources of value, not one.
Operating return from branches wholly owned by the group.
A one-time establishment fee, and a fixed share of sales from every licensed branch.
The central facility's margin on exclusive supply to the entire network.
Appreciation in the market value of the brands as the footprint widens.
A GSYF — a venture capital investment fund — is a structure regulated by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) and operated by a licensed portfolio management company. It gives an institutional investor a transparent route into a growing sector, inside a framework of financial governance and independent oversight, with the tax treatment set out for qualifying funds in Turkish legislation.
The particulars of any specific fund — its name, its registration number, and the licensed portfolio management company responsible for operating it — are set out in the formal offering documents and provided on request to eligible investors.
Periodic reporting and independent review, inside an approved regulatory framework.
The advantages Turkish legislation provides for qualifying fund structures.
Participation in the whole operating system, rather than in a single asset.
Hungry Birds is the group's operating brand, and the proof that the system works. It closes the gap between the exceptional speed of quick service and the quality of traditional dining, at prices that stay accessible.
A qualifying investment in the company may enable access to Turkish residency or citizenship programs, subject to the legislation and thresholds in force at the time of application, and under the supervision of accredited legal counsel. We are an investment and operating company: we do not provide legal or immigration advice, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any application.
We recognise that an institutional investor treats the route out as seriously as the route in. The structure accommodates the following paths. Each is an option available within it — none is a scheduled event or a commitment.
Transfer of the holding to a strategic buyer, where opportunity and the necessary approvals allow.
An option the structure accommodates, subject to market conditions and regulatory approval.
A contractual repurchase mechanism, on terms agreed in advance.
Periodic distribution, subject to shareholder resolution and to realised performance.
